Lotto Winners to Claim £2.3m
Lotto players have been urged to check their tickets. Two big winners are yet to claim their £2.3 million prizes.
Four ticket-holders matched all six numbers in Saturday night’s Lotto to share the £9.4 million jackpot. The winning numbers were 7, 12, 17, 38, 42, and 44.
But as of Monday afternoon, only two had come forward to collect their £2.35 million winnings, the National Lottery said.
Meanwhile, a jaw-dropping £76 million also remains unclaimed by one ticket-holder who scooped the jackpot in the EuroMillions draw on November 2.
The National Lottery is encouraging all players to look at their tickets. We want the three multi-millionaires can collect their life-changing prizes.
“We also have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that we get to give all the lucky winners their giant cheques,” senior winners’ advisor Andy Carter said on Monday.
As well as this, if no valid claim has been made after two weeks, the National Lottery will release the area in which the ticket was purchased.
In addition, the unclaimed £76 million ticket is the fourth EuroMillions jackpot won in the UK this year. It is the 12th biggest National Lottery prize of all-time.
Furthermore, the winning EuroMillions numbers for that draw were 5, 15, 17, 37 and 44. The Lucky Stars were 7 and 11.
